These, days after the death of Osama Bin Laden, I have to think that since the American public is so well informed about his death, there should not be any doubt that Bin Laden is actually dead. True? Not for a lot of people, including myself. I do have this dwelling thought in my mind that he may still be alive. That's just me, and you have to remember people are entitled to their opinions. Bin Laden may be dead, but he is still alive. His inhumane seek of power and bloodshed which characterized him for more than a decade is alive in his followers and "constituents" within Al Qaeda. His body and tiny soul may be gone but his will power is not. We have heightened threat levels and we will have them for some time...I do believe there is going to be retaliation, just not when we expect it to happen, maybe months from now, who knows?
Osama is not dead. He is still very much alive. He's more of an idea. Less of a human. More of a monster.
